In March 2017, an Ethiopian customer contacted us for consultation regarding our bread and bun production line. We explained the equipment in great detail. The customer thought that our product would be in full compliance with his requirements. And we sent the product details and quotation to him for reference. In May, this client came to our company for a visit. After the visit and a demonstration, he expressed his satisfaction with our product. We accepted his requirement of adopting all Japanese original electrical parts. Finally, he purchased our bread and bun production line and the automatic dough sheeting and cutting machine. After receiving our products, we made a client review and they recognized our machines.

In 2016, a customer from the Philippines came to our company looking for equipment to produce pizzas up to 16 inches in diameter. In China, the basic pizza size is 6-9 inches. Therefore, we needed to produce customized equipment for the customer. After discussing with engineers in the design department, we came up with a suitable solution. He thought the design was great and we made necessary changes and tested the machines following his requirements. The finished pizza forming and bakery line satisfied all of the demands of the customer and we signed a contract.

In May 2017, Hengyuan participated in the Shanghai International Baking Exhibition. A Mongolian buyer was interested in our pastry making machine. Because the products we carry were limited and it was not convenient to test the machines, we invited the buyer to our company for testing in greater detail after the exhibition. The buyer came to our company in the middle of July. He wanted a high automation and labor-saving pastry making machine. We assembled the production line equipment according to his requirements. After testing the completed machines, the buyer approved our solutions and payed the deposit in advance. We delivered the machine quickly in order to satisfy the buyer.

In 2017, a Shanghai client got in touch with us through our official website, who is a steamed bun producer. He needed to customize his steamed bun machine line related equipment. He also required a high output production line and beautiful pattern on the bun surface. After communicating by telephone, the client decided to visit our company. The client came to our company with a stuffing recipe to test the machine at the appointed time. He wanted to test if our equipment can meet his requirements for producing steamed buns.
