In 2016, a customer from the Philippines came to our company looking for equipment to produce pizzas up to 16 inches in diameter. In China, the basic pizza size is 6-9 inches. Therefore, we needed to produce customized equipment for the customer. After discussing with engineers in the design department, we came up with a suitable solution. He thought the design was great and we made necessary changes and tested the machines following his requirements. The finished pizza forming and bakery line satisfied all of the demands of the customer and we signed a contract.
This production line consists of a dough roller sheeter and pizza forming machine.
① Dough roller sheeter
The dough sheet is glossier and more stable in quality after being rolled and extended by the dough rolling device. Each dough roller has a thickness adjusting device to set sheet thickness. This aims to add or reduce the product weight.
② Pizza forming machine
The dough sheet is cut into round cakes by a pneumatic or mechanical cutting device and make holes at the same time. It will not jam when demolding. The cut cakes have stable gluten, and their size can be customized.
