In May 2017, Hengyuan participated in the Shanghai International Baking Exhibition. A Mongolian buyer was interested in our pastry making machine. Because the products we carry were limited and it was not convenient to test the machines, we invited the buyer to our company for testing in greater detail after the exhibition. The buyer came to our company in the middle of July. He wanted a high automation and labor-saving pastry making machine. We assembled the production line equipment according to his requirements. After testing the completed machines, the buyer approved our solutions and payed the deposit in advance. We delivered the machine quickly in order to satisfy the buyer.
The pastry making machine is mainly made up of an automatic crisping machine, dough roller sheeter, dough shaping machine, Stuffing Filling Machine, dough roller machine, automatic tray arranging machine and other food machine accessories. An automatic crisping machine is used for dough sheet crisping. Then the sheet is rolled and extended by a dough sheeter and dough rolling device. This makes it glossier and more stable in quality. Use the separable stuffing filling machine to feed stuffing. Then adopt the dough roller and auxiliary dough roller to roll the sheet into strips. Open the separable dough cutting roller and set the cutting size to decide the product length and weight. Then use the conveying belt to be transported to the cake rolling device. The rolled cakes are directly tray arranged.
① Automatic crisping machine
Put the kneaded dough on the dough conveying frame for crisping. Then repeatedly fold the dough to reach the effect of handmade-crisping.
② Three-roll dough sheeter
The dough sheet is rolled and extended through three roll dough sheeter and dough rolling device. This makes the sheet glossier and more stable in quality. Each dough roller has a thickness adjusting device to set sheet thickness. This helps to add or reduce the product weight.
③ Stuffing Filling Machine
With multiple stuffing feeding modes, the essence of stuffing is maintained to a maximum extent. This has no influence on the initial stuffing structure. Various stuffings can be filled.
④ Dough shaping machine
It is used for the shaping of puff pastry. According to product demands, the cutter can be replaced and the mold and accessories can be freely arranged. This machine can produce dough weighing between 20-150g.
⑤ Dough roller machine
It is usually used to roll cakes simulating a handmade method. The rolled cakes have uniform thickness and good layers.
⑥ Tray arranging machine
Automatic tray arrangement needs no manual operation. This avoids damage or pollution caused by manual operation before the baking. And it satisfies food hygiene standards.
